The Service of Remembrance each year celebrates the lives of the patients cared for by the Cranberry Hospice team and embraces those who are grieving the loss of a loved one in our community. The Service of Remembrance, which is a lovely addition to our three day Festival, is presided over by Chaplain Rosemary MacKay.

This year, the Service will be held at the Duxbury Performing Art Center (73-75 Alden St., Duxbury, MA 02332) on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 2pm.
